ok, let`s be technocratic...if your concerned about a parallel rollout of ASC...why...yeah they have no customers...nobody else is close to even a deal on construction....read Alcatel notes on VOC roll out....can it deliver on prioritising rolling out model ...absolutely....have a look at Austar & Dell and their history of armageddon...im assuming your a trader turned investor with this little number....ring voc....watch the way you open your phone conversation and loosen their lips....when employees buy shares in their company and when they mortgage their house to buy shares....it helps you understand...your not going insane like the market seldom does....."BUY"....
