That still makes the bid worth $2.967.

That is a far cry from the initial value of $3.35 which offered a premium of less than 2% on BSG's last trading price of $3.30.

We are now reaching a stage where we have to seriously ask ... "Do we want the combined assets of BSG and PJO to valued at just this price by the bid ... so many dollars now below one billion dollars...?"

However, a lot can change in the next few months.
