    Very true based on false information and financials provided to brokers from the company the. Fast forward to today and the company has made it crystal clear the are completely dependent on the debt holders. Not one broker has a buy on SGH for well over a year and I would bet every single broker IN THE WORLD would have a strong sell on SGH if asked their professional opinion.
