You clearly didn't attend the meetings...? MF clarified this exact point in Brisbane. The portal is not a departure. It is to compliment the existing strategy. They are still targeting larger licensees. The portal is to allow smaller clients to gain access to IAM's services without IAM staff having to sit and hold their hand - IAM don't have the time.
