Reading the presentation - page 9 - I am wondering why a company will give away $500,000 per year for three years ($1.5 million in total) from its contract with ThinkTV (+ whatever profit they make on the new $400,000 contract on top the other contracts they can get) for $200,000 and 50 million shares (currently worth $750,000 at 1.5c) for a total payment of around $1 million (including the shares). Media also appears to have potnetial to other revenue.

Hmm, either there are integration benefits here with XPED that the owners of Media see making their shares worth a bomb or the forward financials and statements of Media are not true. If accounts are true appears a good deal XPED's ability to get good deals. 'Face recognition technology' that Media has might have a link to ADRC.
