yeah i can see how SMM shares are now trading very near that valuation.
both companies have come off about 20%
so you think that the SMM shareholders would be happy with current position?
i dont know if you are holding out for superior offer but others are, do you personally believe a higher offer will come on the table?
by the time this is finished PDN will IMO be somewhere around $7 - 7.50 making SMM trading at $4.20 - $4.50
