Exactly which "another delay in the FDA process" are you referring to? Last time I looked the FDA application was to be lodged in the first half of 2017. When I went to school I learnt that meant by 30 June. Did you go to school?
By the way I'm a long term diehard Rap fan who hasn't posted recently because there is not much to say while we wait for the FDA process to reach its ultimate conclusion.
