    Longclaw - Yes I guess the formal ownership of Consorts 49.9% is the next step.

    The US$20m raising last month was completed to acheive this.

    Regarding the AIM listing that would then follow - so RRS or 'Horn Energy' would then issue a further amount of shares into the AIM 'float'?
