The elephant in the room is the fact that DMX200 has gone straight from a rat model to humans and results in July will be the first complete set from a human trial. Whilst we had some positive interim results, only a tiny number of patients were reported on.
Given biotechs can quite easily see enormous drops in value on released results I'd say a few investors (small and big) are playing it safe.
