I'm surprised Travis hasn't chimed in here. It just means that directors don't know that a material price changing event is about to happen. The window is two weeks, however if something happens prior to that, that directors weren't reasonably privy to, then that's fine.

So whilst an announcement is unlikely imminently, it is certainly possible. And I've never heard anything about two month time frames.

For those that have waited patiently for a couple of years or more, another month or so isn't going to hurt. Fact is though, with the price at 70cents odd, BTA news will make it pop to north of $1 at the open. Hanging out for a few cheaper pips is pretty risky. Still, each to their own.
