Wouldn't it be interesting if the moneys that were paid out to WTG shareholders in indecent haste after the Quindell acquisition were deemed recoverable (not sure if there's a precedent where dodgy behaviour has been involved).
This would no doubt impinge heavily on directors with large holdings in WTG and some who frequented/frequent HC who would have been chuckling about their payout at the expense of SGH holders and possibly even shorted SGH to boot.
