Yes, this is a great anns. We have now formal rights to manufacture (in Australia and NZ) and sell and distribute the product universally.

Also the great news here actually (as @ans25 has pointed out) GPP is trying to get the international manufacturing rights which actually means GPP is getting the whole world licence

you need to make a proper research and try to find the advantages of the stock instead of looking only its disadvantages. You asked: "Here's a question for the 'experts' around here. The answer is VBC (Victorian Brown Coals) especially the Latrobe Valley coals are unique for OHD process. This is already told on the anns by G King (Chairman);

"Victorian brown coal is particularly well suited to application of the OHD process because of the range and type of organic compounds it yields, which, apart from the combination as a plant growth biostimulant, separated includes platform chemicals for the pharmaceutical and food industries."

It is very hard to find the same  quality coal which is suitable for OHD process. Please keep in mind that this is the main point of getting the AU & NZ rights, and getting the rights to sell it to the whole world. Because the other OHD plants in the world which would use ordinary coal deposits (when they are constructed),would not be able to compate with GPP's product in the same market.

We (me and my associates) have already identified  same type of coal deposits in the other parts of the world (there arent many though) and working on them.
