Its just so out there its not funny. If anything should be Options that they have to Performance their way to and want to exercise.

None of these guys went into any SPP's I am sure ever and buying shares out of their own pocket NEVER....

It really is so CHEEKY they must think we are all idiots. They can give the shares away and not become T20 as if they did that then could not sell the shares so they give them to another that can draw the money down unseen by us holders.....

If they do not pull these resolutions then my view of Management will be mud.

TNG tried this in 2015 AGM and holders revolted and they pulled the resolutions before the Meeting...
