Its not ideal but a CR was always on the cards. I had hoped it would be at a significantly better price but as long as 6,000TPA is achieved and BSM is generating a profit this year, then they should be able to further progress the mine to >20,000TPA. Despite China removing the 20% export duty, it appears the market is tightening for large flake graphite, so BSM could very well be in a good position with an operating (Chiefly) large flake graphite mine in 2017/18.
