The 3 cases above took the amount of time stated in Red above between end of trial and Judges decision... thats a fact... I did not make it up it is on the record. Check it out for yourselves. And yep Ive "strongly inferred" that if the 3 most similar cases had longish judgement times (between 3 and 8 months) and that a similar delay is likely here also. Completely reasonable assertion IMO. The cases are similar because they are from (a) Supreme court of WA that (b) include a dispute on tenement ownership, (c) between mining entities and (d) arguing whether an agreement was binding or not (that even include the same lawyer in two cases)... then I think its a fair enough inference that a similar delay in judgement will occur. Could I be wrong ...Sure lets hope I am.
Feel free to find a similar case with a, b, c and d above, that was decided during the trial by the judge, or even a few days after and I'd be v.interested to know. At this point for me we have most likely many months to go before a decision comes out. This annoys me "greatly" as we are expected to be in production soon and KDR should be near double current MCap ....and shareprice of both are likely to be suppressed until resolved. Just wish mgmt. of both companies would sort the damn thing out ASAP ... Settle for $$X and lets all be on our merry way.
But as investors is important that we have "all" information available.... whether we like it or not.
So defo last post from me ... today. Have a good weekend all .
