there doesnt appear to be any volume at 19.8 so it doesnt mean anything. any 20 cent sellers may be looking at recent information coming to light and see 20c is checken feed so pulled out.
if there was a drop lets expect some big players to absorb any MB related feigns. theyll then have to buy higher.
