Thermaquatica was created so that OHD could be marketed. GPP have pretty much funded the work done thus far therefore I wouldn't say they had SFA of obtaining a global licence. There is always a possibility, especially if business is done ethically....

Don't discount the CTO of Thermaquatica either, Dr Ken Anderson whom I believe to be Australian.
