According to reports Cimatu is off to Mindanao next week to inspect mines. He plans to inspect those mines that passed the Lopez audit first. Only a handful so shouldn't take long. Hopefully Siana will be on his visit list. Would think they will put up a solid case for the amendment to the ECC. Starting to get a very positive feel about this.
