In the event of a takeover offer, the Market Cap argument would the be same, depending on how the offer is made. I'd they offer x amount for the company, then you have to divide x by the amount of shares to see how much the offer is to you. If the offer is x/share then nothing else is relevant
I have 2 million shares, so every cent/share increase or decrease is 20k to me. Dilution won't affect that, an offer is an offer which we either except or refuse
