Hartley's most likely know the circa value of the rubies. If the 80% gem quality was worth around $500ct, then why aren't Hartley's buying at 3.5c?

They knew before all us mugs what's was going down & dumped 7 million shares at a time you would think they'd be telling their clients to buy!
