Another observation about this D4E swap. Everyone is talking about massive dilution 95% plus they reckon.

I have a problem with this. To swap debt 4 equity you need debt and you need equity. Agreed?

Well, SGH has $800 million odd of debt. But bugger all equity. Around $35 million. How the hell can you swap $800 million for $35 million equity?

They say by doing a massive issue of shares at 1 cent? That means that approx 80 Billion new shares would have to be issued assuming everything else remains constant. 80 Billion shares?? Why the hell would the lenders do that??? This is really crazy stuff IMO. This makes zero sense!
