My opinion is, quite simply, they have outright and blatantly lied. I was a long term holder when the Glaucus report came out, and decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. However, once the company admitted the China contract had been inactive, I decided to sell everything. How glad I am- now that the price has plummented but more importantly, the company has been caught in another major admission (the Galderma situation) which I classify as another outright lie.
Clearly Frank Wilson is a fraudster and criminal. It's not lack of communication. It is outright dishonesty.
