You can clearly see that there are quite a few here which, for one reason or another, (and I do agree with them), will not support your proposal and it will only aggravate what we are planning to do. Some of them, if I got that one right are even suggesting to go other way if there are any signs that your proposal will succeed. As such, just join forces with the other alternative and get what all of us are aiming for. .......... Get rid of all the Board and then proceed with the removal of ALL the management too. IMHO, they've all proved to be as useless as tits on a bull while collecting huge, if not overpriced/overpaid emoluments, bonuses, incentives, and whatever else comes with the job too.

In the meantime the clock is ticking and all you have managed to do is to convince me to go the other way already.
