Let's put it to bed, from the board of directors, then as chairman and now as the acting CEO with a hands-on approach. The first move was to finalise the court case with Regen to give ADMEDUS 100% of ADAPT which in turn is going to be the money printing room and by that, I mean that the ADAPT platform with new and innovative products with high returns will be the cash flow which in turn allows ADMEDUS to expand. The products that ADMEDUS is working on which are near term, the 3D Curved Patch and TAVR.
The 3D Curved Patch is a first and has no opposition which will make every cardiovascular surgeon around the world take notice. The TAVR which I mentioned to Lee Rodne in 2014 didn't cost $20M as other posters have stated but instead, it cost $100,000 to engineer and patent, so I ask myself whilst very confused why didn't the previous management look into the fastest growing market for tissue?
WP has restructured ADMEDUS for global expansion with procedures and metrics to rival any other global company, he has given us a forecast of 50% growth target to hit but I truly believe it will surpass the 50% growth to 75% growth which in turn as I have stated many times before is $24.5M. This, in turn, puts a valuation of approximately $150M on ADMEDUS using the metric scale of six times turnover. A CEO that can do all this in his first year, unbelievable!
