I have been watching both parties LPD and LIT of late as I am intreagued by what their technology can do.
A suggestion I made to one of the parties was to approach Galaxy and prove the technology can work. My opinion is that proving to the market that it works with a current producer would spruik interest and has the potential to be a WIN/WIN
Taking a look at each of their market caps ($30 million LIT & $23 million LPD) I don't see how either company can bring their technology to fruition without financial backing.
LPD already recently did a capital raising and LIT appear to have their share price collapsing which wouldn't be encouraging for any capital raising.
As a combined entity their market cap would be just over $50 million and still require more funding.
Whilst I can see the possibilities in both companies maybe it is time for something new.. And I don't mean AG's idea of clinging to each other on a life raft.
Someone said here once before that Galaxy can stand back and watch all these company's collapse then pick up their assets for a song.
This is possibly how it will play out unless some changes are made.
I also don't see Galaxy working with other company's and their tenements.. Galaxy has many years of mine life at Ravensthorpe and can wait each of those company's out so maybe when the LIT and KSN (MC: $12 million) fire sales come about Galaxy can pick their local tenements up on the cheap?
It's just how I see things playing out.
