Yes, this is the obvious problem here, m/ment in their rush to raise this large amount of capital, have totally forgotten what later shareholders have paid for their stock, I just hope these people realise that they are not now working in a large corporation whereby they were largely anonymous, these people have to operate differently now--they are the front line, and shareholders deserve a lot better consideration than shown so far, the top end has been unreasonably favoured in my opinion
