I'm not so sure about the NTA being higher than the SP. There is some debt you may not know of and the valuation of the trees is whatever QIN have said they have been. So you cannot lay too much foundation on that. mgt issues can be sorted yes, but they need to be sorted fast because a company like QIN can get itself in cash flow problems quickly and likely too now and cashflow is king as my finance professor always said. In fact he said it was paramount, no actually the only thing that was important. Accounting figures are and were irrelevant in his way of thinking. And he is right. Ultimately we invest for the underlying cash flows a company will provide, not the accounting profit.
