On a more useful note, PEL has made good bases first around 8 cents and now around 20 cents.
Much now depends on the permit from the Phillipines Govt for the large mining lease. Not sure how long this will take given the current political doings and as yet unclear election results but I have been assured that we are expecting an answer "real soon now..."
