The commissioning is already factored in to the SP, what they need are some more sales.
Sales to date:
Sold $25,000 in December.
Sold $100,000 in February.
Sold $100,000 in April.
Going at this rate, they didn't need to expand production, as they haven't even gotten close to selling the $2,000,000 worth of product from stage 1, let alone $50,000,000 from stage 2. The European and GDOT purchasers obviously haven't been beating the door down with follow-up sales.
The Solomons have clearly been over-stating the potential. Again. Just because there is a market never meant EDE could reach that market. Well, the same thing happened with Hythane and OptiBlend, so I'm not entirely surprised - just disappointed.
