Well I wouldn't want to be in something with so many red flags - but MD selling is another to add to the restatements of earnings due to funny business, the lack of any real growth, and the way underlying earnings is put together, and the IMO dubious way they are releasing cash, even though it leaves SH worse off, and more leveraged.
