yes you were correct re the higher potential distribution
just based on the very lengthy accumulation imo.
that yellow pole could easily be raised by two cents
if you look at it as a flag instead of a pennant top
and that 22 high also fits the fibs a bit better
here is the current over bought and retrace based on standard error(highs)channel....
