OK- i am on the sidelines, and TLS just got the roaming decision granted in their favor.
so basically you are hedging your bets on the nonexistent strategy presentation?
ps- when you say you will sell out if things go against your modus operandi, but not at current levels, that is a rather foolish statement as the 'current level' will not go up if the events you predict come to fruition.
