Surely they are talking with their affiliates at MSP(Maxsec) either about sharing regional offices, merging together or perhaps even MSP taking over FFT
Their product is good, they simply need to reduce their costs substantially and have a decent sales team who can get results. MSP can probably help on both fronts.
