Toly, I'm not sure I approve of any company wasting it's manpower reading HC!

The consolidation idea isn't going to change the world, but I do think it could be useful to do it before LYC joins the ASX 200, as it will make it more attractive to those funds needing to buy in. I imagine the MC would be sufficient after all the current outstanding warrants are exercised etc assuming LYC SP also starts to reflect rising RE prices and positive QRs continue. MC needs to be ASX 200 worthy for 2 consecutive quarters. So quite when it will happen, can't say exactly, but it means the next AGM at end of Nov is probably the right opportunity to proceed, if the company is ever going to. I think the company should just make it's own decision though, I don't think it's that constructive to try to create any kind of shareholder pressure on a simple corporate matter.
I hope to be able to buy LYC again in the HC tipping comp on merit, rather than due to a consolidation!

Now, if you're the LYC employee assigned to monitor the garbage that gets posted here, please go and do something to increase the SP instead, thankyou.
