From today's ann "Some of the bugs were known prior to launch"
Sooooo they new there were bugs yet they still launched it! That's very amateurish and not in the shareholders best interest to launch a much anticipated product which still had issues.
That's one way to lose customers and shareholders confidence in the company, management and product.
Disgraceful.
