    I also attended the roadshow last night and can second everything Sower posted.

    I few other points:

    1) IAM can't continue to name Sentry and nab (even to say they are still clients) because they will need to approve announcements and in the case of nab that could take weeks/months to approve. So yet again, if nothing is said about them then think of it as business as usual.

    2) one of the major advantages of the portal for management is the need to NOT sign binding agreements. This eliminates the need to name clients. Great for management but not great for shareholders who what to know who our clients are. We will need to rely on quarterlies to do the talking.

    3) there seems to be some need for clients to not disclose that they are using integer services. Patrick said this could be for a number of reasons including both client internal and external matters.

    4) office relocated to Cebu to save costs and increased physical security.

    5) working with regulators to arrive at a solution to the naming crisis. Issue is IAM are the first listed disruptor in this space and so its a learning curve for all.

    6) working on automated calls to retrieve client info once a request is submitted.

    7) they are trying to standardise the portal as much as possible to eliminate the need to hire and train people extensively. Basically make the back end fool proof.

    8) demand is not an issue. Meeting it in a sustainable way is going to be the challenge moving forward.

    9) no plan for a cap raising in the near future.

    10) happy to hear that Patrick met with the chairman in Sydney of the failed TH client and the two companies are still working together. This client has been working with IAM for the last few months so they weren't new.
