    I don't understand how people can still not understand where the company is at.

    Anchorage owns the debt that the company cannot pay. Unless they can pay the debt, they cannot get rid of Anchorage and Anchorage has 100% control.

    SGH is not choosing to work with Anchorage nor could they work with someone else if they have better terms unless they bought the debt.
