the bottom line really is that ultimately the client's name cannot be kept secret. Imagine a big institution slowly offshoring services and reducing staff yet still pulling income from the same services. How long would it take Unions etc to twig to what's happening? Furthermore the tax office would have to know as would many other organisations. Secrets are for little kids not successful commercial organisations.
