VPC keeps promoting menial and insignificant things. They need to make this profitable but the staff expenses keep increasing at a greater rate than revenues.

Chart looked so good a while back - their announcements sounded as though they had turned it around, then the quarterly just disappoints.

TA wise it looks like a double btm is highly likely but VPC need to time it with $ales, revenue$, dollar$$$$$
