Yes I understand that: but SGH's own barrister said they have no valid claim for fraud.
In the context of all the other challenges SGH have, is this some kind of attempt to defend against the class action? Or has the CA threat gone away?
Just seems odd that they would ignore ther own counsel. I'm not a lawyer so maybe that's just how it works: if you dont like what one lawyer says, ask around till you get one who agrees.
Seems and expensive way of working to me.
