On the face it Plan B warrant seems low price BUT they will only get 828 warrants per $1000 PDN owes them. With bond debt of $362M that is approx 300M warrants to issue.
Not as much dilution as Plan A - they were going to issue 2900M new ordinary shares to pay out $145M of bond debt. The rest of the debt was going to be repackaged in new bond debt.
