The SFO are 18 months into an investigation and zero charges of any kind have been brought
70 of SGH's finest lawyers and accountants (as well as expensive external specialists) spent months pouring over the files
But it took until the final day of the 18 month (/) escrow time limit to put in a flaky claim to halt the paymnets to private investors......then months more to threaten a claim for fraud which a barrister has already said had no merit.
Seems a bit unlikely....but of course: always possible.
