I think Alexicool is based on phase change materials , those materials would have to have mass and containment for the phase change material to work properly ie taking heat by change from solid to liquid state ie could be used for mattresses , pillows , not much mass in a singlet , and can not see the advantage of adding bulky under pads to get that mass .
Alexium does have an odor reducer which however would probably have application for work out clothing .
