They have the OPTION to BUY shares at $0.556 ($2.78 on a post consolidation basis)

Heck, you can BUY shares now at $0.4700 at a discount, and u are already ahead of them!!

Only if u think the company is going to tank, where u dont take up the options, is this a bad deal.

I would have been filthy if the EXERCISE PRICE was about $0.20 or $0.30, but a high exercise price goes well with me.

The SP will be 50c+ again tomorrow, was only pushed down for VWAP 5 day purposes.
