    "Jesus was simply a man that (sic) had a great impact".

    Now you can't say that and I can't say that! Because we don't know who or what he was. We do know that he existed historically, and his existence had an immense impact on mankind.

    I don't have any patience with those who take each written word as absolute,whatever the Holy Book. And who try to dogmatically bend other's beliefs to theirs as a result.

    That there has been manipulation and misumderstanding and corruption surrounding such prophets is patently obvious.

    But here we are getting off science and onto religion, which I believe is verboten on HC.

    But this is another field where we should free think, and keep open minds. It is only by thinking for ourselves that we have any sort of freedom.
