It looks like CNQ cleared all smaller shareholders of less than 1,000 shares off their books Today, they even lumped together an after market trade put up for .06 cents.Does anyone know know the official line on what is considered an unmarketable parcel off shares and is there more to come.Does this happen often I have never noticed it before. 1 cent is the lowest seller now.
