So what has changed since the CR that bought us to a lower SP? Certainly a dilution of shares which is accounted for in current SP.
Why are you convinced it could go lower? Even with this delay (can't understand why reason wasn't stated clearly in ann - problem with main Indian payload not being ready if I'm not mistaken) we are already lower, back from 20c. Today's news is not news thanks to excellent posters on HC.
This stock is tightly held and for a long time now. A few weeks longer is not going to suddenly make everyone sell off. IMO the opp. is now. SP wont stay this low for long.
However today was a big red day all over the ASX so we'll have to see....
