Ann: Vita Group response to Telstra remuneration reductions, page-48

I know the sentiment in here is super negative, but does the word intent mean that negotiations have been concluded? Or are we basing assumptions and future figures projected because of the announcement as fact?

Can someone please explain how this will make ebitda zero? The numbers I've crunched give me 3 year avg earnings of 50M approx. Where is this 50m going as a result of this not yet certain remuneration reduction?
