My view is that there were discussions but from the announcement there isn't an agreement. I could imagine that Telstra put the reductions in commissions out there as there but Vita will counter with something else. The deal isn't signed and sealed yet and n one knows what will be in it.

VIta had to put out a release that there had been discussions because of the previous leaks. They couldn't risk this leaking out to the market like has happened previously....
