What premises of EBITDA, ROE, Growth do you base that number on?
On the positive side, Montgomery when they were out of the stock, suggested $12 fair value of the existing business assuming no growth.
However that was before the sacking of Wong, the litigation, and Lonsurf.
One question is, what is the value of the enterprise to Bayer? Or even BTG?
